Want the look for less moolah? check out this new offering from Spada
Wax cotton jackets have been around for many many years, and have been associated with motorcycles for most of that time. Barbour & Belstaff were the originators and are obviously still around and going stronger than ever today. However, these premium products demand a premium price.
So what if you want the look and the motorcycle specific features, but don’t want to spend so much of your hard earned cash?
Take a look at this new jacket in the range from British Manufacturer Spada. The styling is a decent mix of classic four pocket ‘belstaffesque’ mixed with a little bit of Levis classic denim. It has a removable thermal liner, a waterproof membrane and comes with full armour, all at a price of around £160.
Admittedly it’s not the most technical jacket when compared to its more expensive alternatives, and only time will tell if it lasts as long. But at this price, do you care?
